Well its the moment Hip Hop has been waiting for. It’s been a long time coming and 15+ mixtapes later. After a public offer from the Boss Rick Ross on MTV, Wiz finally made his decision. However, its not the path we all thought he would take. Wiz has signed with Atlantic under Rostrum Records. He joins artists like Missy Elliot, Trey Songz and even newcomer B.o.B. Although this a heavy career move for him, I can’t help but to think about the music. Hopefully, under this new label, Wiz can come out with new and fresh material or still make the same 4/20-friendly music. Congratulations Wiz, but this should have happened years ago.
